Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics market
- High level of initiative, success driven, responsibility, accountability, and agility
- Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth
- Demonstrable track record in negotiation success, securing contracts
- Experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in a customer focused organisation
- Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
- Experience in CRM systems
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive people relationships and build strong links with all departments in a company matrix structure
- Possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
Aufgaben
- Lead the ARDx ID Sales Team in the North Region of Germany
- Drive the sales strategy for the ARDx ID Business Unit
- Deliver short- and long-term sales, profit, and market share goals
- Manage product portfolio and provide training across various market segments
- Develop a high-performance team with succession planning
- Define sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager
- Build relationships with C-level executives in hospitals
- Identify potential targets for strategic partnerships
- Respond to customer needs and resolve issues
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Develop relationships with public and commercial payer stakeholders
- Interface with Key Opinion Leaders to address market access barriers
- Liaise with relevant market access stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial excellence, market access, finance, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, and ethical standards
- Participate in employee recruiting and job interviews
