- Possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
- Fluency in German and high proficiency in English

- Deliver short- and long-term sales and profit goals
- Manage product portfolio and conduct training for various market segments
- Develop a high-performance sales team with succession planning
- Define sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager
- Build relationships with C-level hospital executives
- Identify potential targets for strategic partnerships
- Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Develop relationships with public and commercial payer stakeholders
- Liaise with key market access stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial excellence, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Participate in employee recruiting and job interviews
