- BSc in scientific field or equivalent experience
- Business-fluent English and German
- 5–10 years' experience in relevant industries
- Understanding of Consumer Health & Nutrition landscape
- Experience introducing new products (preferred)
- Knowledge of product life cycles
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or CDMO operations (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement
- Expand existing accounts and develop new business
- Identify and close new commercial opportunities
- Manage dosage form and nutritional ingredient solutions
- Build strategic account plans to grow market share
- Support new product and technology launches
- Assess market trends to strengthen market positioning
- Create tailored presentations for potential clients
- Manage development projects with cross-functional teams
- Provide timely customer support and internal coordination
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
- Position the company as a multi-product solutions partner
