Aufgaben
- Lead wholesale expansion for the DACH region
- Define and execute a multi-year global retailer pipeline
- Analyze retail market trends and conduct retailer diligence
- Conduct retailer outreach and create proposals
- Lead negotiations and develop onboarding plans
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Execute contracts in partnership with Legal
- Develop SOPs to address unauthorized resellers
- Establish country-level wholesale policies
- Partner with Legal, Accounting, and Hardware on tax certifications
- Manage retailer-level assortment, forecasts, and sales reporting
- Coordinate with Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Finance, and Operations
- Host quarterly business reviews with retailers
- Collaborate with Strategic Finance on LTV/CAC modeling
- Coordinate strategy with DTC country managers
- Manage internal communications regarding pipeline and retailer launch status
