Simona Huebl is Co-Founder and CEO of Nejo, an AI-powered career platform transforming how people find work.
Before founding Nejo, Simona spent 10 years in venture capital across Europe and the US, investing in B2B SaaS and deeptech. As CEO of i5growth, she helped technology companies scale globally all the way from product-market-fit to exit. She held board positions at high-growth startups including blackshark.ai (backed by Microsoft M12 and Point72 Ventures) and enspired, which went on to raise a EUR 40M+ Series B.
Simona regularly speaks at tech and HR conferences and enjoys sharing her experience with students at universities. She holds a degree in Economics and actively supports women in tech and female founders.
