About Nikolas
Nikolas Wageneder is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Nejo, where he's building an AI-powered career platform transforming how people find work.
Before Nejo, Nikolas was Head of Product Development at Aschauer IT & Business, where he led a team of 25+ engineers and owned the product for Austria's largest job platform – working with clients including the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS). Earlier, he built CEE's largest innovation hub as Head of Corporate Innovation at weXelerate, designing innovation programs for companies like Austrian Post, ORF, Uniqa, and Wien Energie.
Nikolas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from TU Wien and brings over a decade of experience across tech and innovation consulting and product leadership. He's obsessed with great UX and snorkeling with sharks.
