About Agry
Agry Zarza is Co-Founder and CTO of Nejo, leading the technical development of an AI-powered career platform to change how people find work for the better.
Before Nejo, Agry was Lead Developer at Aschauer IT & Business, where he led full-stack development and owned large-scale software projects for public sector clients including the Austrian Federal Computing Center, the Austrian Ministry of Finance, and the European Union.
Before transitioning into tech, Agry was a professional poker player, regularly placing in the Top 50 of online tournament rankings and winning major events including WCOOP and FTOPS. He also served as Sports Director and Head Coach of the Austrian National Poker Team.
Agry holds a Master's degree in Software Design & Engineering and brings a strong focus on system design and architecture, high-quality, maintainable code, and empowering teams to operate at their best. Outside of work, he is a proud dad of two.
