Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in Purchasing, Management with Purchasing specialization, or Engineering with Project Management focus
  • •Experience in an international multi-site company
  • •Experience in Automotive, Avionics, or Hydraulics
  • •Project management skills in summarizing multi-canal information and prioritizing projects on Part Number level
  • •Proficiency in Excel; knowledge in SAP/INFOR and VBA advantageous
  • •Proficiency in English (TOEIC higher than 750) and another language such as German, French, or Mandarin
  • •Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and technical curiosity
  • •Comfortable reporting to Directors and managing negotiations with suppliers and internal key partners

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process
  • •Manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for Spot RFQ, spare parts, and development projects
  • •Follow up on projects from initial design to Start of Production (SOP)
  • •Handle Signal Code management in the ERP
  • •Track orders and ensure proper follow-up
  • •Update Project Milestone Tracking (PMT) dashboards and documentation
  • •Support maintenance of Purchasing parameters in the ERP (INFOR LN)
  • •Contribute to Make-or-Buy sourcing project management
  • •Support continuous process improvement initiatives
