## Your responsibilities
* In this position, you will extensively support the management in implementing business strategies as a spart of the team
* Your responsibilities include facilitating collaboration between different departments and external partners, ensuring effective coordination, and driving joint efforts forward
* In the execution of projects with internal and external stakeholders, you will take on tasks ranging from coordination and management to performance monitoring and report creation, all in line with your skills and competencies
* You are responsible for the creation and preparation of decision-making documents, reports, and presentations for the board of directors. Additionally, you will actively participate in various meetings of the board and the management team
* You are responsible for the proactive and timely management of the agenda. Your task is to set priorities, organize, and prepare meetings with the necessary documents and information to ensure a smooth process
## Your profile

* As you will be attending numerous management meetings, a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information are essential
