We are looking for candidates available for a six-month internship and are interested in writing their master’s thesis with us in the following area: * Improving data analysis and quality through automation in information supply ## Your responsibilities * You analyze and evaluate the current reporting landscape related to sales, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies and areas for improvement * You support the standardization and automation of sales reports, including pricing, turnover and customer-specific KPIs * You continuously review and improve sales reporting processes, focusing on streamlining workflows and exploring the integration of new tools or software for reporting purposes * You implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy * You collaborate closely with sales, product management and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business goals * You contribute to ad-hoc analyses and reporting tasks that support strategic sales decisions and customer performance insights * You document reporting structures, process changes and automation logic to ensure clarity, consistency and long-term usability ## Your profile * You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, and are looking to align the role with your Master’s thesis * You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and macros) * You are eager to learn and work with reporting and data visualization tools * You are proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks * You communicate clearly and can work independently as well as in a team * You have good command of English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage ## Our offer You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of work and gain varied and exciting experience in an international family business.
