  • Familiarity with SAP accounting and financial management

  • Create a welcoming office environment
  • Welcome guests and address their needs
  • Manage vendor relationships for office operations
  • Serve as the primary contact for office matters
  • Maintain security and control access at the reception desk
  • Define processes for day-to-day office management
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal on internal policies
  • Partner with HR to shape office culture
  • Organize internal events and celebrations
  • Assist new employees with orientation and onboarding
  • Support management with office space and environment requests

  • Coordinate ergonomic evaluations and provide recommendations

  • Train and mentor team members on processes
