Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in facility or hospitality management or comparable qualified training
- •At least 3-5 years of experience in office/workplace management, facility management or hospitality/guest services
- •Proven experience in planning and managing small to medium-sized projects
- •Experience in selecting, managing and negotiating with external suppliers
- •Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English
- •Natural affinity for service and desire to exceed employee expectations
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a positive, inclusive environment
- •High level of initiative, proactivity and willingness to take on operational tasks
- •Strong organisational skills and ability to act in a solution-oriented manner under time pressure

- •Plan and coordinate internal office relocations and minor renovations
