Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in a law program (LLB, State Examination, or equivalent) with at least 3-4 completed semesters
- •Strong academic performance with coursework or interest in banking law, capital markets law, financial regulation, or technology law
- •Previous internship or work experience in a legal or compliance environment, preferably in financial services, fintech, or derivatives trading
- •Excellent research and analytical skills in interpreting complex financial and technology regulations
- •Strong written and verbal communication abilities in German and English (at least C1)
- •High attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Proactive and eager to learn about the intersection of finance, derivatives, and technology
- •Team player with good interpersonal skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Conduct legal research on civil, consumer protection, and administrative law
- •Prepare summaries and memos on legal issues and legislative changes
- •Monitor and analyze case law and regulatory guidance from BaFin, ESMA, and ECB
- •Research compliance requirements under MiFID II, EMIR, MAR, KWG, and WpHG
- •Stay informed about emerging regulations in digital finance and blockchain
- •Assist in drafting and reviewing customer contracts and vendor agreements
- •Support contract lifecycle management for financial products and technology services
- •Review and organize terms and conditions for derivative products and trading platforms
- •Organize and maintain legal files and documentation systems
- •Prepare presentations and meeting materials for the legal team
- •Coordinate with external counsel and financial regulators as needed
- •Support the team with general administrative tasks
- •Assist in preparing board and committee meeting materials and agendas
- •Support the organization of board and shareholder meetings
- •Assist with the preparation and distribution of resolutions
- •Help with regulatory filings and submissions to authorities
- •Maintain corporate records for the company and its subsidiaries
- •Support the administration of powers of attorney and signatory authorizations
