# Working Student (f/m/d) - User Experience Research
**What you'll do**
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in UX Research on the SAP Build Product Suite team, you will support our research efforts and learn from experienced professionals.
You will:
* **Support usability testing:** Help organize and conduct usability tests, participate in analyzing behavioural data, and assist in identifying areas for product improvements.
* **Collaborate cross-functionally:** Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and content specialists—contributing ideas, receiving feedback, and helping them to integrate your research insights into the overall product.
* **Contribute to quality control:** Aid in auditing and reviewing research methodologies to ensure high standards and consistency in the research process.
* **Learn and apply best practices:** Absorb established research standards and continuously build your skills while contributing to a collaborative research culture.
**What you bring**
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
* Basic proficiency with research tools (e.g. survey software) and a keen interest in learning about qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
* Exposure to user research methods and a genuine curiosity about understanding user needs
* Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks
* Open to feedback, eager to learn, and passionate about creating user value
* Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
