##### Team
As part of Raisin’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, you’ll play a critical role in how we responsibly grow and manage relationships with our vendors, partners, and suppliers. Working at the intersection of operations, compliance, and risk, this team helps safeguard our business by ensuring we meet internal standards and regulatory obligations across all third-party interactions.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, detail-oriented team that partners with stakeholders from across the organisation. Whether it’s supporting the rollout of a new risk tool, conducting due diligence, or helping document and track contracts and risks, your contributions will be key to keeping our processes compliant and reliable. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain broad exposure to risk and compliance functions in a dynamic, international fintech environment.
##### Your Responsibilities
* Tool Implementation: Support the rollout of a new third-party risk tool, helping to prepare, validate, and test data ahead of implementation.
* Due Diligence: Review documentation from third parties to help assess their suitability and reliability, contributing to sound risk-based decision-making.
* Risk Assessment: Assist with ongoing risk assessment processes for both new and existing third parties, helping to ensure appropriate oversight and control.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records across third-party and contract documentation, including the outsourcing register, risk assessments, sub-outsourcing files, and information registers.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to ensure submitted documentation is complete and logically sound, enabling high-quality reporting and compliance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with contract owners, control functions, and internal stakeholders to gather and structure key information in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
##### Your Profile
You’re a detail-driven, proactive professional who’s looking to develop a meaningful career in risk, compliance, or vendor management. Whether you’re early in your journey or bringing some prior experience to the table, you’re eager to grow in a high-performing team that values curiosity, collaboration, and precision.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Demonstrated interest in risk, compliance, vendor management or procurement—through coursework, internships, or prior roles.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a structured approach to working with documentation.
* Experience with contracts or in a regulated environment is a plus.
* The confidence to work with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
* Adaptability and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
* Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
