**Working Student Tech Operations Specialist - (Global Product Strategy)**
**About the opportunity**
We are on the lookout for a **Working student, Tech Operations Specialist - (Global Product Strategy)** to join the **Tech Operations team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
We are the Global Tech Operations Team and our mission is to predict, plan, execute, and control complex, cross-functional programs that drive impact at scale. From supporting the strategic direction of our verticals to ensuring flawless delivery of global end-to-end initiatives, we are connecting vision with high quality delivery.

In the Tech Operations team, you’ll provide essential support that helps optimize workflows and empower leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contributions will drive productivity and ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver great results, ultimately helping Delivery Hero achieve its vision and goals.
* Serve as the go-to person for all internal communication needs across the tech organization. This includes co-planning and coordinating town halls, all-hands meetings, Q&A sessions, hackathons, surveys, and internal presentations
* Manage and support the optimization of the key technical metrics (Tech ABCs) that reflect the performance of the entire tech organization
* Improve documentation practices across the organization, focussing on internal processes, optimization efforts, incident handling
* Actively support our nine expert groups by improving internal information flow, enhancing their visibility, and facilitating effective goal setting and tracking
* Support the planning, execution and control of two of our key processes inside the tech organization: The architecture reviews, and Incident Management documentation
* Coordinate and support the global mentorship programs across the tech organization, ensuring strong participation from both mentors and mentees
## Qualifications
**What you need to be successful**
* Strong written and visual communication skills, with an ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging presentations.
* Detail-oriented mindset, with a natural ability to organize information and communicate it efficiently.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially in areas like financial reporting, project tracking, and internal strategy.
* Collaborative attitude, with the ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to team goals.
* Comfort working with data and basic tools like Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. You don’t need to be an expert, just eager to learn.
* A proactive mindset. You’re comfortable figuring things out, asking questions when needed, and keeping things moving
