•Creativity and passion for communications

•Interest and experience in media and video editing
•Enrollment in business, marketing, communications, or related field
•Confidence in using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
•Strong writing and communication skills

•Collect relevant stories from the department
•Review and finalize newsletter stories
•Draft the CEO statement for the newsletter
•Maintain the newsletter SharePoint pages
•Support the Change Communications Advisor with logistics and presentation creation
•Assist in organizing employee events like town halls and manager meetings
•Create and manage ad hoc communications for the management team
•Shoot and edit videos for communication purposes
•Design basic graphics and create social media posts
•Measure success metrics and assist with feedback surveys
•Collaborate with the core team, agencies, and stakeholders
