- •Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in economics, business administration, or quantitative/tech-related field
- •Enjoyment of working with data, numbers, structures, and analytical problems
- •Curiosity about risk management beyond a single domain
- •Eagerness to learn about risk processes in modern fintech infrastructure
- •Clear communication and precise documentation
- •Proactivity, reliability, and detail-oriented approach
- •Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Atlassian, Google Suite, SQL, Python, and AI LLMs
- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- •Based in Berlin
