Anforderungen
- •Enrolled student in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- •Strong English communication skills
- •Structured, reliable, and calm under pressure
- •Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
- •Comfortable working with ticketing systems, documentation, and dashboards
- •First experience in technical support, operations, IT service, or engineering projects
- •Familiarity with Slack, logs, monitoring tools, or automation systems
- •Interest in robotics, AI-driven systems, or mission-critical operations
- •Enjoyment of fast-paced, evolving environments

- •Monitor alerts and notifications from live kitchen systems
- •Act as the first point of contact for incoming issues
- •Route incidents to Remote Support, Field Ops, and Engineering
- •Support on-site operators using troubleshooting playbooks
- •Create and maintain tickets in incident systems
- •Document incidents, actions, and resolutions
- •Support post-incident reviews through logs and timelines
- •Perform basic log checks and system health reviews
- •Identify and escalate recurring technical issues
- •Assist in testing fixes and configuration changes
- •Coordinate handovers between Deployment and Engineering teams
- •Maintain service documentation and troubleshooting guides
- •Support improvements of internal communication workflows
