# Working Student Recruiting (all genders) **Stuttgart** | **Part time** **Join our global team of experts** At diconium, you will work on projects that create value from software, data, and AI, enabling businesses to achieve more with less. You will collaborate with over 2,300 fellow experts to support global leading companies in maximizing the impact of digital efforts and delivering solutions with measurable business impact. And we give you maximum flexibility thanks to our hybrid workplace. # WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * You work closely together with our recruiters and you support us in our day to day recruiting activities. * You are responsible for the planning and scheduling of interviews. * You help in creating job postings and keep our current postings up to date. * We will involve you in active sourcing projects where you can learn about recruiting platforms and how to actively approach talents from various  professions and industry sectors. * Additionally, we will involve you in conducting structured interviews aiming at involving you as much as possible in our recruiting processes. * You independently create presentations, reports and do research on different recruiting topics. # WHAT YOU BRING ALONG * You are preferably studying economics, humanities or business administration with a focus on human resources. * You have the time and interest to support us as a working student for at least two semesters. * You are highly interested in recruiting and talent acquisition as well as in current recruiting trends. * Ideally, you can already demonstrate initial internships or similar working student positions in recruiting and active sourcing in the IT, agency or digital environment. * You are open-minded, pro-active and know how to set priorities through your independent and conscientious way of working. * You have very good communication skills and you are fluent in German and English. # # WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Discover new skills and improve your strengths, adapt your working day to your personal lifestyle, celebrate community, sustainability and diversity.
