# WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
* You work closely together with our recruiters and you support us in our day to day recruiting activities.
* You are responsible for the planning and scheduling of interviews.
* You help in creating job postings and keep our current postings up to date.
* We will involve you in active sourcing projects where you can learn about recruiting platforms and how to actively approach talents from various professions and industry sectors.
* Additionally, we will involve you in conducting structured interviews aiming at involving you as much as possible in our recruiting processes.
