#### What you can expect from us:
The Digital Customer Solutions department is dedicated to the continuous improvement and maintenance of customer-facing applications, including flagship platforms like ActionBoard. We are seeking a working student (m/f/d) who will play a critical role in upholding the high standards our users expect. In this role, you will be responsible for validating the quality of our web and mobile software releases, ensuring they meet defined benchmarks for functionality, security, performance and user experience. A strong focus will be placed on test automation to support scalable and efficient quality assurance processes. Additionally, you will contribute to complex data validation efforts, particularly around synchronization between enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. Your tasks will be:
* Develop and execute manual test plans, identfiying issues and logging clear reproducible defects
* Build, maintain and extend automated test suites for UI, API, integration and mobile layers
* Maintain test environments, data sets and CI/CD integration for fast feedback loops
* Publish test metrics and release-readiness reports; advise the Teamlead and Architect on quality-related decisions
* Continuously improve the overall test strategy (functional, regression, performance, security, usability)
* Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, product managers, team leads, and other specialists to ensure quality throughout the agile process
#### What makes you special:
* **Currently enrolled** in a university program related to **computer science, computer engineering, information systems** or similar
* Solid understanding of **web-based applications, RESTful APIs and backend integrations**
* Experience with responsible web applications and native mobile apps is a plus
* **Database Proficiency**: Experience in working with relational databases (particularly SQL) for data validation and test support
* **Software Testing & Automation**: Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms
* **Agile Methodologies**: Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban) as well as active participation in iterative development cycles
* **Test Automation Tools**: Exposure to automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, UIPath or similar)
* Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
* Fluent business english, additional languages are a strong plus
