The Position

As a Mobile App and Web QA Working Student at Stikky, you will have a vital role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our mobile applications and web platforms. Working closely with our development team, you will assist in identifying and reporting software defects and issues, conducting thorough testing, and providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of software QA while pursuing your studies.

You will:

  • Perform comprehensive testing of mobile applications and web platforms to ensure quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
  • Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for mobile apps and web applications.
  • Identify, document, and report software defects, bugs, and issues using bug tracking tools.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of new features and bug fixes.
  • Monitor and evaluate app and web performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile and web testing methodologies and tools.
  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of QA processes and documentation.
About you
  • Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mobile app and web development and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Basic understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience with mobile app and web testing or QA processes (preferred but not required).
