- •Strong skills in MS Office, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence

- •Prepare and align agendas for internal committees
- •Coordinate decisions and resubmissions for committee meetings
- •Document meeting minutes and record discussions
- •Build the organizational structure in Confluence and Jira
- •Manage department communication in T3 ADAS/AD
- •Steer and track committee preparations
- •Support the organization of the steering department
- •Act as an interface to all necessary stakeholders
