## Job Description
As a Working Student in our Product & Operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our payment and service-related products. You will take ownership of smaller product areas, assist in configuring payment terminals, and help manage service requests in these domains. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic SaaS company operating in the fast-growing field of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Your mission:
* Managing and maintaining smaller product components
* Supporting the setup and configuration of payment terminals for charging stations
* Handling related service tickets from our customer support team
* Coordinating operational tasks across departments (product, service, and sales)
* Documenting product configurations and processes for internal use
* Supporting ad hoc topics in the product team
## Qualifications
* You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, independent way of working
* Technical curiosity and a willingness to understand both software tools and hardware setups
* Basic understanding of digital products or SaaS is a plus
* Fluent in German or English (both would be a plus)
* Hybrid Role: For certain tasks office attendance in Dortmund is required.
