We believe in real ownership, user-first thinking, and giving you the space to grow your skills in a supportive, cross-functional environment. ##### What you can expect: * **Improve the customer experience:** Support us in refining existing self-service features and designing new ones that truly add value for our users. * **Work hands-on with real users:** Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and needs. * **Turn insights into design:** Translate data and research findings into intuitive concepts that improve usability and drive engagement. * **Collaborate with the team:** Contribute to our design system and partner closely with developers to bring your ideas into production. * **Enjoy flexibility:** Work remotely from anywhere in Germany, with just one day per month at our modern office in Düsseldorf. ##### Your profile * **Academic background:** You are currently enrolled in a degree program in UX/UI Design, Media & Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field. * **First practical experience:** You have gained initial experience in user-centered design through academic projects, internships, or freelance work. * **Structured and creative thinking:** You enjoy understanding user needs, solving design problems, and creating intuitive digital experiences. * **Tech-savvy and skilled:** You are confident using Figma and familiar with designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. * **Self-starter attitude:** You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks. * **Strong communicator and team player:** You enjoy working collaboratively and can communicate design ideas clearly to both designers and developers. * **Language skills:** You speak English and German fluently. ##### What we offer: * **Flexible working hours:** Structure your workday to fit your studies – we’re here to support your individual needs! * **Remote work options:** Work wherever you feel most comfortable – whether that’s from home or in the office, the choice is yours. * **Flat hierarchies:** Teamwork is key at auxmoney!
