As a **Working Student or Intern in the Office of the Chief of Staff**, you’ll operate at the heart of a fast-scaling IIoT innovator and work directly with our senior leadership team. **What You’ll Do** * Support and steer our **8-Quarter Value Creation Plan (Corporate Strategy)** * Prepare and contribute to **Board-level presentations and performance tracking** * Drive **strategic business development initiatives** across the organization * Help shape and execute ProGlove’s **Company Strategy** and growth priorities * Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing ## Qualifications **What We’re Looking For** * Enrolled in a **Business, Economics, Management or similar degree** program (Top 20% of class; please include Z-score) * **Previous experience** (internship or similar) in **management consulting, high-growth startup, or strategic function** with measurable results * High **analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills** * **Self-starter mindset** with excellent organizational skills and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment * **End-to-end ownership** from Day 1 – you’ll lead projects, not just support them * Fluent **English** (written & spoken) is a must; German a plus * Interest or experience with **agentic AI tools** is a strong advantage ## Additional Information **Why Join Us** Learn firsthand from the **Chief of Staff and senior leadership**.
