**Working Student (m/f/d) – Medical Affairs Operations**
**Overview**
As a working student in the Medical Affairs department, you will work closely with our team and gain valuable insights into the medical processes of an international biopharmaceutical company. Your main responsibilities will include supporting event and contract management, assisting with event-related tasks and helping to facilitate key internal processes. You will gain exposure to compliance and legal processes and engagements with physicians and scientists.
Start: September 2025 | Standort: Hybrid Munich | Time: 15–20 h/week
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support contract creation and tracking using internal tools
* Help organize and prepare internal and external medical events
* Assist in managing document reviews and approvals (e.g. in Veeva PromoMats)
* Maintain simple trackers and overviews (e.g. HCPs, congresses, deadlines)
* Support preparation of PowerPoint slides and materials
* Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking
* Help with general document handling and archiving
* Communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed
**Qualifications**
* Enrolled student in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related field at a Bachelor or Master level
* Preferred: completed Bachelor
* Structured, proactive and detail-oriented working style
* Confident with MS Office, quickly able to adapt to new digital tools
* Organized and detail-oriented work style
* Strong communication skills in German and English
