Working Student Learning Management System Administration(m/w/x)

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the HERO Learning / SuccessFactors LMS, assisting with the creation and maintenance of training materials, and collaborating with teams to analyze learning metrics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include uploading e-learning content, ensuring accuracy in learning libraries, and supporting system improvements.

Anforderungen

• •Registered student in business administration, communications, human resources, or psychology
• •Initial work experience, preferably in HR
• •Enjoyment of communicating across different channels and with diverse target groups
• •Demonstration of entrepreneurial mindset and independence
• •Confidence in using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• •Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
