Anforderungen
- •Registered student in business administration, communications, human resources, or psychology
- •Initial work experience, preferably in HR
- •Enjoyment of communicating across different channels and with diverse target groups
- •Demonstration of entrepreneurial mindset and independence
- •Confidence in using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage

- •Support daily administration of the HERO Learning / SuccessFactors LMS
- •Assist teams in creating, reviewing, and proofreading training materials
- •Prepare, upload, and publish e-learning content in the LMS
- •Collaborate with Analytics and Digital Experience teams to report learning KPIs
- •Help manage EasyGenerator, the e-learning authoring tool
- •Maintain learning content libraries and ensure materials are accurate and up to date
- •Support system testing and troubleshooting activities
- •Contribute to continuous process improvements within learning systems
