# Working Student - L&D Operation & Training Management (f/m/d) ## YOUR TEAM To support our "Learning Coordination" team we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in operational service center that enables access of our customers to the L&D portfolio and services and will be an integral part of the team that works on design and offer solutions designed to fulfill the needs of our CARIDIANS. This consists of learning platforms services, supporting specialists in peer2peer learning and organizing the CARIAD learning portfolio. You get the chance to collaborate with us in helping all your colleagues unleash their potential skillset so that that they can implement these to shape the future of the automotive industry. You will have the opportunity to work on scalability and operational excellence. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO * Design support processes and foster the digitalization of HR with internal and external partners * Coordinate small projects with autonomy and responsibility * Work on operative topics as daily business * Develop and implement innovative methods and ideas for L&D services in CARIAD * Deliver solutions and support in highly dynamic environment ## WHO YOU ARE * Enrolled student in digital systems and services, event management, pedagogy, human resources or equivalent field * Demonstrated interested in IT system solutions and services within L&D environment * Basic understanding of HR service processes with clear customer orientation * Willingness to learn, how to drive and manage a service operation within a company, with external partners and service providers * Experience with project management within a diverse environment ## NICE TO KNOW * Remote work options within Germany * Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend) * 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break At CARIAD, we embrace individuality and diversity because we believe our differences make us stronger.
