- •Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications
- •Basic hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user hardware
- •Strong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments
- •Interest in IT security topics and willingness to learn about security tools and best practices
- •Good problem-solving skills and a structured, reliable working style
- •Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
- •Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
- •Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks over time

- •Provide first-level hardware and software support for employees
- •Administer the Microsoft 365 environment
- •Support internal IT for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office
- •Assist with Jira and Confluence support
- •Provide support for Slack and security tools like password managers
- •Manage MDM solutions and other critical SaaS applications
- •Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows
- •Track and manage hardware asset inventory
- •Help implement IT and security controls under guidance
- •Contribute to documentation of IT processes and procedures
- •Participate in IT improvement and planning discussions
- •Automate repetitive IT tasks using workflows or scripts
