Working Student - IT Touchpoint(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be the primary support for internal users, assisting with IT inquiries and providing hands-on help with devices. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new employees and maintaining IT inventory, all while enhancing your skills.

• •Ongoing studies in Economics or IT
• •Excellent service orientation and communication skills in German and English (at least B1)

• •Good IT skills in Office365, Windows, and Application Management
• •Adherence to policies and procedures

• •Experience in IT support and use of ITSM tool
• •Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management skills
