Your fields of action in a glance:

• You support the Ventures team operationally and proactively in all processes - from acquisition to scouting - and have a firm grip on CRM and project management processes.

• Through research, you find aspiring startups and contact them directly - in both German and English - via email, cold calling and other relevant channels.

• You plan your tasks independently and are thus jointly responsible for the success of projects.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You like to take responsibility and have already proven this in projects, internships or volunteer work.

• Your high demands on the quality of your tasks make you a reliable team member.

• You are hungry for knowledge and want to put your new knowledge into practice right away, thereby creating real added value.

• To share your creative and innovative ideas with our team, you have excellent German and English language skills.

• You have a keen interest in startups, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

• Du unterstützt das Ventures Team operativ und proaktiv bei allen Prozessen – von Akquise bis Scouting - und hast die CRM- und Projektmanagement-Prozesse fest im Griff.

• Durch Recherche findest du aufstrebende Startups und kontaktierst diese direkt - in Deutsch und in Englisch - via Email, Cold Calling und über andere relevante Kanäle.

• Du planst deine Aufgaben eigenständig und trägst damit Mitverantwortung für den Erfolg von Projekten.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

• Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast dies bereits in Projekten, Praktika oder im Ehrenamt unter Beweis gestellt.

• Dein hoher Anspruch an die Qualität deiner Aufgaben machen dich zu einem zuverlässigen Teammitglied.

• Du bist wissenshungrig und möchtest dein neues Wissen gleich in der Praxis umsetzen und dadurch einen echten Mehrwert schaffen.

• Damit du deine kreativen und innovativen Ideen mit unserem Team teilen kannst, bringst du sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

• Du hast ein großes Interesse an Startups, Entrepreneurship und Innovation.
