Anforderungen
- •Student in Business Management, IT & Systems Management, Business Informatics or similar studies
- •Very good English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
- •Ideally first experience with data management using CRM Systems, MS Excel, Data Visualization Tools (SAC, Tableau, PowerBI)
- •Strong analytical ability with attention to details
- •Structured, process and solution-oriented approach with understanding of sales processes
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills with team-oriented mindset and stakeholder engagement ability
- •Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently

- •Ensure QA validation processes for data consistency
- •Verify data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- •Analyze internal sales applications for optimizations
- •Propose enhancements for master data setup and application configuration
- •Contribute to the creation of training materials and e-learnings
- •Enhance documentation for global reporting solutions
- •Support the adoption of new reporting tools and updates
- •Improve existing sales reports and develop new ones
- •Define KPIs and align with stakeholders
- •Create test data for business user acceptance testing (UAT)
- •Drive system changes from concept to execution
- •Redesign customer attribution processes for reporting
