•Support the contract creation process
•Prepare tender invitations and evaluate bids
•Negotiate contracts and monitor contract compliance
•Define and optimize internal processes
•Organize and coordinate meetings and events
•Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
•Verify invoices and contribute to cost optimization
•Assist with quality management and reporting
•Conduct data analysis
•Help solve process and IT-related issues
•Maintain and update digital platforms and data
•Ensure quality control and implement structural improvements
•Manage technical systems and tools for reliable data
•Perform general administrative tasks as needed
