Deine Aufgaben

  • •Clarify and resolve data inconsistencies for cloud systems
  • •Collaborate with internal colleagues from Fulfillment, Provisioning, Sales, and Customer Success
  • •Analyze data to assess the current state of customer tenants
  • •Initiate appropriate actions based on case reviews
  • •Communicate options effectively to the Account Team
  • •Transform sales decisions into appropriate transactions
  • •Champion systems, processes, data confidentiality, and compliance
  • •Participate in initiatives to enhance compliance in provisioning and fulfillment
  • •Collaborate with team members to build know-how and improve systems
  • •Define and share best practices based on daily observations
