**About the Job**
As a working student / intern billing support you are part of the Finance & Accounting team of Allianz Technology and you support the team responsible for charging of Software purchase to internal customer’s. In this role you are included in all billing topics and interact with different teams along Allianz Group.
**What you do**
* Support the accounting team in the billing process
* Check and clarify open and new purchase orders with the Procurement team
* Prepare and check quote upload to the billing system
* Adjust and submit quotes in the billing system
* Support account manager / internal customer with billing documentation
* Reconcile purchase orders and sales orders for internal billing
* Prepare Credit Notes
* Support Accounting and Controlling teams
**What you bring**
* First experience, as a trainee or in an internship
* Good German and English skills
* Good MS-Office skills (mainly Excel)
* First experience in SAP is an advantage
* You can start immediately and are interested in an internship until the end of the year in part-time (60%-80%)
