**Job Purpose/Role**
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to strengthen our Indirect Debt Strategies Legal team at ACP’s office in Frankfurt.
**What you do**
* Contract and document management (e.g. internal document repository filings, responding to documents information requests, assistance with document certifications)
* Providing support on debt fund investments, internally and externally
* Assisting in the area of compliance, including anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-client (KYC)
* Assisting in knowledge management and project work
* Legal research and analyses (applicable for Law Students)
* Specialist communication, primarily in English
* General tasks to assist the team
**What you bring**
* Advanced studies or completed vocational training
* Interest in legal and business affairs
