Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- •Self-motivation and ownership of tasks
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- •Good experience in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Affinity to the pet industry
- •Additional languages besides English and German as an advantage
- •Experience in e-commerce companies is preferable
- •Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- •Availability for 20 hours/week, at least 3 days in the office/week
- •Active student status mandatory for the duration of the contract

- •Support the development of curated assortments and bundles
- •Assist in creating product and vendor presentations
- •Prepare for vendor negotiations and analyze payment terms
- •Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities
- •Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements
- •Assist in planning and executing promotions and marketing activities
- •Monitor key metrics to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable solutions
- •Prepare vendor plans and internal documentation
- •Contribute to onboarding and evaluation of new vendor partners
- •Take ownership of smaller projects and support cross-functional initiatives
