# Working Student in Tax / Finance (f/m/d) **Dahlewitz** | **Part time** ## Job Description For working students we offer the possibility to write your thesis and student projects together with Rolls-Royce. **Key accountabilities:** As a working student (m/f/d) in our tax department, which is part of the Finance department, you will support our team in the following areas: 1. **Transfer Pricing** After an introduction on what transfer pricing is (if necessary) and how it is working within Rolls-Royce: * Assisting with the analysis of tax audit results and their implications * Preparing and documenting transfer pricing-related matters for tax audits * Supporting the analysis and implementation of adjustments within the transfer pricing system * Creation of presentations * Depending on transfer pricing pre-knowledge also support on further ad-hoc transfer pricing topics possible **2. Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS)** * Process visualization and standardization of tax-related documentation * Supporting the development and implementation of efficient tax control processes **3. Company Valuation & WACC Calculation** * Assisting in the preparation of company valuations * Calculating the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) to support valuation approaches * Supporting the analysis of relevant financial metrics **Qualifications:** * Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Taxation, Economics, or a related field * Basic knowledge of company valuation and transfer pricing is an advantage * Initial experience with financial models and Excel-based calculations is desirable * Familiarity with process visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Signavio, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory * Proficiency in both German and English * Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Interest in tax and financial topics **Pioneer** the performance of the future.
