This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR functions, including HR Administration, Learning and Development, Recruiting and Employer Branding, Data Management, and Employee Surveys. As a Working Student in HR, you will support our team with a wide range of tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations. | | | | | | --- | --- | | Icon | Your Tasks: * **HR Administration**: You assist in the creation and management of personnel files and documents and support the administration and maintenance of our HR IT systems (e.g., Cornerstone). * **Learning & Development:**You research and evaluate suitable training measures and programs for our employees. In addition to that, you support in conducting and analyzing employee surveys. * **Recruiting & Employer Branding:** You create and publish job postings. You preselect candidates and support various recruitment measures, including coordinating interviews and assessments.
