Anforderungen
- •Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- •Very good Excel skills
- •Experience working with HR information systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar)
- •Efficient and proactive working style
- •Technical affinity for digital tools and automated processes
- •Structured and diligent working approach
- •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- •Team spirit and strong communication skills
- •Initial experience with Swiss employment law is advantageous

- •Ensure consistent HR data quality
- •Contribute to the development of HR information systems
- •Analyze workflows and suggest improvements in HR operations
- •Support various HR projects in digitalization and process automation
