# Working Student (f/m/d) - HR Business Partner Team for the Board Area People & Culture
**What will you do**
As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Culture your main tasks will be to:
* Actively support the P&C Business Partners in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and in the execution of core HR processes (e.g. talent management processes, employee surveys)
* Pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e.g. career level or regional distribution)
