Your Title: Working Student GNSS/INS Engineering

Job Location: Hoehenkirchen near Munich, Germany

Our Department: Field Systems - GNSS R&D

This internship is a fully onsite opportunity for the candidates located in Hoehenkirchen, Munich or nearby.

Are you a motivated student in software development, software engineering, or a related field? Are you excited about gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, automation, and software development? Join our dynamic team and support innovative projects in GNSS/INS performance analysis and automated workflows.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with automated software quality assurance to ensure smooth data processes.

  • Develop and optimize tools for efficient data handling and processing workflows.

  • Analyze and report performance metrics using advanced automation.

  • Develop and maintain GNSS/INS data and performance analysis tools in MATLAB or Python.

  • Post-process test-drive data, validate results, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Create tailored analysis tools and support different types of data insights.

Skills for success:

  • Current enrollment as a student in software development, software engineering, or a related field (must remain enrolled throughout the internship).

  • Excellent communication skills with a fluent command of English.

  • Proficiency in MATLAB or Python (both preferred, at least one required).

  • Basic knowledge of GNSS systems and C++ is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Creativity, initiative, and adaptability to new tasks and projects.
