- •Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- •Experience with Excel, Power BI and SF REC recruiting module
- •Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT, are a plus
- •Excellent interpersonal communication
- •High service orientation
- •Fluency in English
- •Fluency in German is a plus

The Talent Acquisition team is a part of the Human Resources function. We partner with the business to source and attract the best talent across the world and support timely and appropriate hiring decisions whilst providing a positive candidate experience. The team works closely with other Human Resources colleagues to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
**What you will do**
* Support administrative recruiting processes for student hiring
* Create requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) SuccessFactors Recruiting
* Define questionnaires and videos in the ATS to support the pre-screening of candidates
* Use the text enhancement writing tool DataPeople to create attractive job postings
* Support room booking, interview scheduling, candidate travel reimbursement, referral program
* Perform sanctions checking on interviewees
* Advise on use of social media to post open roles (e.g., LinkedIn)
* Set up external job boards - KPI Reporting and Analysis, support the creation and analysis of reports from SuccessFactors using PowerBI and other tools
* Early Careers focus: support the TA team in implementing the AllianzGI Early Careers Framework e.g., support the AllianzGI alumni network with blog posts for the AGILE Talent Network; organization and participation in university and careers fairs and events (in-house and external).
