Deine Aufgaben

•Record bank transactions and post payments to correct accounts
•Record monthly credit card statements
•Support the team in processing PO invoices
•Reconcile open items
•Track reminders and clarify open issues
•Manage travel expenses by uploading data from the travel expense tool
•Create new employee profiles in the ERP system
•Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement
•Provide flexible support across various finance areas as needed
