•Organize and run onboarding events across all locations in Germany
•Manage the internet and intranet presence, including the employee app 'Louis'
•Support the HR team in creating presentations and conducting research
•Assist in organizing special topics like the Louis Schuler Fund
•Create content for social media channels
•Coordinate HR marketing topics, including trade fair organization and student events
