•Participate in strategic tasks with senior colleagues
•Assist with accounting and financial planning
•Handle administrative tasks and office life
•Work with the CRM system
•Drive strategic initiatives to introduce new tools for efficiency
•Process incoming invoices and prepare customer invoices
•Assist in preparing monthly and annual reports
•Collect data for internal and external reporting
•Improve reliability and efficiency of reports
•Ensure smooth operation of tools used
•Process incoming correspondence
•Support office operations as needed, such as ordering hardware
•Assist in preparing events when required
