Anforderungen

  • •Major in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • •Initial practical experience in accounting or finance
  • •Solid foundation in bookkeeping principles and accounting standards
  • •Strong analytical skills
  • •Attention to detail
  • •Proactive, hands-on working style
  • •High motivation to learn and contribute to process improvements
  • •Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
  • •German skills considered an advantage
  • •Confidence in using MS Office, especially Excel
  • •Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP is a plus

  • •Support operational accounting tasks across multiple regions
  • •Validate and code vendor invoices
  • •Manage accounts payable inboxes
  • •Resolve accounting queries
  • •Assist in preparing and submitting VAT filings
  • •Ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • •Contribute to monthly management consolidation
  • •Assist in annual closing processes for all subsidiaries
  • •Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • •Calculate quarterly transfer pricing
  • •Help ensure strong internal controls
  • •Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • •Develop and document new accounting processes
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants
