- •Help manage day-to-day operations of Mindfuel
- •Participate in strategic tasks with senior colleagues
- •Assist with accounting and financial planning
- •Handle administrative tasks and office life
- •Work with the CRM system
- •Drive strategic initiatives to introduce new tools for efficiency
- •Process incoming invoices and prepare customer invoices
- •Assist in preparing monthly and annual reports
- •Collect data for internal and external reporting
- •Improve reliability and efficiency of reports
- •Ensure smooth operation of tools used
- •Process incoming correspondence
- •Support office operations as needed, such as ordering hardware
- •Assist in preparing events when required
