# Working Student (f/m/d) - Experience Center: S.Factory - Technical Support
**What you’ll do**
You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the S.Factory Team.
The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:
**Technical Responsibilities**
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools or applications that enhance digital manufacturing showcases and operational efficiency, as well as maintenance of digital devices.
* Assist in automating repetitive tasks and processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency in day-to-day operations
**Operational Support**
* Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
* Maintain and organize knowledge-sharing documents to facilitate internal collaboration
* Administer internal communication channels to streamline information flow across departments
* Lead or contribute to smaller internal projects
Preferred start date: as soon as possible

**What you bring**
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.
Preferred fields of study: Business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics
The job is for you if you are/have:
* Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages)
* Basic understanding of APIs, system integration and workflow automation concepts
* Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms as needed
* Prior experience with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions or other work experience are beneficial (e.g. internships, working student assignments)
* Language skills: Business fluent in English is required, German is a plus
* Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, craftily

Within the Experience Center, the S.Factory showcases SAP’s Digital Supply Chain solutions through real-world, end-to-end scenarios for both discrete and process industries. Visitors explore how SAP transforms supply chain processes from Design to Operate - using a realistic shop floor setup with live machine integration and a comprehensive SAP system landscape.
